The 'OMG' Moment: It all came to a head at a cast dinner, when Aviva decided enough was enough. She dramatically pulled off her prosthetic leg and slammed it on the dinner table, declaring, "The only thing that’s artificial or fake about me... is this!" Shortly afterward she threw it across the table.

Notable Fallout: “I wanted them to shut the f*ck up and I figured if I slam my leg on the table, that will work!” Aviva, who lost her leg during a childhood accident, commented on the incident. “I just wanted to show people that amputees can do anything: walking, running, or throwing it across the room. Can my other castmates take a leg off? No!”

When: Season 1, episode 17

Necessary Background Tea: Cassidy and Grant had their hearts set on each other from day one in the villa - until Grant brutally dumped Cassidy for Tayla. Cassidy managed to build a new relationship with Dom, until Grant decided to break them up, too.

The 'OMG' Moment: After Kordell recouples with Daia, and returns to the main villa, Serena decides to confront him head-on: “I’m disappointed, but not surprised. I knew that once he got a little attention and he could get his little petey wacker wet a little bit, he was going to go for it,” she quipped, before raising her middle finger, licking it, and moving it to her derrière. 

Notable Fallout: Serena also references a video of Kordell and Daia “dry humping,” which had been sent to the entire villa. So not only did Kordell do her dirty, but Serena had the receipts to prove it. While the drama left Serena single and vulnerable for a time, it helped Kordell realize the true depth of his feelings for her and they paired back up later in the season.
